The count includes clients taking part in activities organised by day centres and sheltered work centres to maintain and promote work functional capacity (clients in services under section 27e of the Social Welfare Act and clients in services under section 2.4 of the Act on Special Care for People with Intellectual Disabilities). If a client has been offered both work activities and day activities, the client can be recorded under both categories.
