Persons aged 16 and over can have access to psychotherapy through the Social Insurance Institution. Psychotherapy for children under 16 is provided by public health authorities. The Social Insurance Institution provides rehabilitative psychotherapeutic services as psychotherapy for adults and as psychotherapy for children (ages 16-25). Population proportions are based on the population insured by the Social Insurance Institution.
