I efteråret 2012 er der gennemført en brugerundersøgelse på Københavns Kommunes biblioteker, kulturhuse og idrætsanlæg. Undersøgelsen er iværksat af Kultur- og Fritidsforvaltningens direktionog gennemført af Servicecentret med hjælp fra institutionerne. Formålet med undersøgelsen var at afdække brug og tilfredshed med alle forvaltningens institutioner, at etablere et validt datagrundlag til brug for ledelsesinformation, benchmark og udvikling at undersøge potentialer i forhold til brugerinddragelse og frivillighed. Data er ikke vægtede og derfor ikke begrænset. Data vil ikke blive opdateret. Undersøgelsen er gennemført over en periode på 8 uger, hvor der er udleveret 6000 papirspørgeskemaer til brugerne på 64 institutioner/faciliteter i Kultur- og Fritidsforvaltningen. I alt har 5859...
